The Giant Dipper Roller Coaster is also known as the Mission Beach Roller Coaster. It is a wooden roller coaster that was built in 1925 and has been renovated and retrofitted for safety. It is located in Belmont Park in Mission Beach which is a small amusement park right next to the beach. As you walk by or drive by occasionally you hear the screams of fun of those riding the roller coaster as they fly by the palm trees and zoom around..
