Thanks Sergei! I appreciate your kind comments!

Wonderful work!!

Wonderful artwork!!

Thanks Leo, I am glad you like it.

WOW,love this work. Leon.

this is a wonderful painting. I like the intimate familial sensibilities. Color is good too. I am surpirsed at the beautiful colors I see that are real, but not photographic reality. I like the colors that dance on the water after the sun sets and maybe a couple of lights are echoing in the distance. I just paint color and music. I love to draw people though.

Well captured and expression, Dave! Congratulations on your sale!!!

I love this painting Dave, and it speaks so loud to the viewer. Come dine with me as He offer the bread of life which no man can give and no man can take away. Wonderful! Blessed Savior! I love it!

Great painting! you have captured the mood so beautifully...

Hi Everyone, I am still here and still thanking everyone for stopping by and examining my work. The weekly reports from FAA still tell me this is the most visited piece I have created. How nice to have made us all think about who we are and who we could be. Thanks again for all the kind comments. - Dave

What a gift you have given us in this painting,Dave. There is much to ponder in this painting regarding relationships:(God,ourself, and with others) They all have to be in harmony. Thank you and God bless you! His Peace- His Love-and Unity with one another. Marlene

This was a gift to a person who is restoring a prairie. This year she has 14 herons gathering on the banks of the Little Sioux River. The tote bag was well received.

Artist's Description

The Last Supper has always been painted as though by an observer. But, to me the point of all Christian teaching is to understand the world through the eyes of Christ. So, what better way to feel our responsibility to others and learn how we should act toward one another than to put ourselves in Christ's shoes so to speak. This painting tries to do that, and tries to catch the moment when all the disciples (only some of them shown here in modern dress) suddenly realize what Christ is doing and what will happen soon in the future.

His early work was influenced by the great masters and others such as the post-impressionists Miro, Matisse, Kandinsky, Klee, Picasso, and the surrealist Salvador Dali. Architectural instincts developed due to his close association with architecture in his youth. Dave’s focus has been in visual arts his entire life. His style extends from realism...
