Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Originals of all my works are available for purchase from my studio at tonyinnumazu@yahoo.ca As an artist, I strive to develop paintings that speak, not only to me personally ,but also to a much larger segment of society about a wide range of subjects from florals to Classic cars. Originals can be purchased here or by email at tonyinnumazu@yahoo.ca My past, as a sailor influences my choice of using water in many of my paintings. Living in Asia has lent a softer quality to my work, especially when it is a nostalgic look back at a simpler time. A love of Country music has seen the introduction of farm scenes, cowboys and trucks to my works as has a lifelong interest in classic cars with an Art Deco flavor. My finished works are...

Hi Alanna:) I was very happy to read your story comment! It feels good when one of my pieces make a connection with someone!

Anthony Dunphy, this is great! Having lived in Saudi Arabia, I can relate to it. We always had to be covered from the neck down to the ground (which I loved - like being in a costume). And if your hem was a little high or you wore short sleeves, well, watch out for the Immams - they could actually paint your legs. lol Or if you didn't cover your hair during Rammadam (which we did), then they could cut your hair for you. When in Rome. Actually, I found it a lot of fun. This painting is a fav.
