Description
..it was already after midnight when she had finished her new painting. By the light of a candle she seems to check almost every brushstroke she had made ... but the more she examined, the more she had the strange feeling that she was not looking at her painting but at her own life ...

Looking in to see if there is a new work from you Almo but I really don't need one! To take time to enjoy this marvelous work again is exhilarating and very meaningful to my senses. It's so inspirational that I want to keep looking and looking and looking into it and sensing the oneness that you have painted with such depth of beauty and feeling.

I am "enraptured" and moved by so much soulful detail ,reflection and symbolism in this new and very beautiful work. There is the living water of life that never runs dry and then the clock of worldly time and the paintress in her studio with her new painting. All so wonderfully merging and one with that river. There's the Buddha quietly watching it all like a blessing as a subtle touch among the books . Then the delightful addition of her animal friend! What I love is how all these unique elements inter relate one with the other. Almost "circular" if that makes sense. What an extraordinarily tender and philosophical painting I have been privileged to discover first thing this morning! L/F
