I got so many comment about this when I had it framed! I am working on living in New York for a few months and this is keeping me going until I get there! Sorry the photo is so bad - the light was on it.

Going to put it the front of a small cupboard door...

Good print. However I would have preferred it to be mailed flat. I want it to stay flat but it keeps rolling on me since it was in a tube. I put some heavy books to try to flatten it.

Hey, i was about to purchase the metal option, but the price with shipping would have been nearly $500 more...If you are willing to work on the cost there, I might upgrade. I also was considering getting embellishments, but guessing you don't do that on posters. Contact me if you are willing to work on the pricing. Otherwise I am stoked...this is my birthday present to myself.

You can see this operate on (Utube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IAkkMXBEvDM) Made of 13 ply hardwood plywood, old fan cover, two fan blades, motors, strobe light, indicators and the ghost image of Howard at the wheel. My father was another early influence on my work; he was a metal and wood worker, and I learned building skills from him. He was very resourceful and inventive, whipping together small buildings and additions on our property. In 1962 I saw an exhibition of work by installation and assemblage artist Edward Kienholz. It inspired me to make my own sculpture from found objects. During this time I also became...
