Every winter the humpback whales return to Maui, Hawaii to breed and a year later to have their young! Here I have captured the moment of sunrise, whales breaking the ocean surface, and Whale Spirits in the clouds!
The ORIGINAL OIL PAINTING has been sold. However, the Artist has two canvas editions (20 x 26), Signed & Numbered for $150. Also see my many dolphin paintings.

About Jerome Stumphauzer
I am a self-taught artist and have been painting in oils for many years. At the same time my photography has developed following the same principles of composition and color. Much of my work has a "save the environment" theme and my inspiration comes from nature and visions of light and color. My interest in art began in the 5th grade with a remarkable teacher who, along with all the other subjects, made time for art and music every day.
