A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Thank you Mary Flore

Beautiful picture. Grew up on northshore so wanted something from there. Metal picture really shows the colors and picture quality is very clear.

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!
Artist's Description
This house is a classic example of an old-style Nantucket summer vacation home. This one is located at Steps Beach, in the Cliff Road/Lincoln Circle area near the main town on the island. It dates at least to the early part of the twentieth century, and may well have been built earlier. This was the era during which the whaling industry had declined and tourism was becoming the new commodity for Nantucket.
This house is rented out during the summer and closed in the winter. I have had the good fortune to stay there for a few days each year for the past seven years, and the framed original of this drawing currently hangs inside the house (I donated the piece to the house).

He spent a year in San Francisco in a Ph.D. program in Philosophy and Religion at the California Institute of Integral Studies, focusing on Tibetan Buddhism. He did not enjoy California (mainly because of the lack of snow and cold, which he enjoys very much), and so returned to Vermont to start a new graduate program at Vermont College of Norwich University.
