Love the painting and the rich colorful blues, reds, greens, & yellows! A nice addition to our cowboy/southwest decor vibe.

Beautifully expressed rendition of the Shrine of the Bab. The frame and matting showcase the print. We have it prominently on our living room wall with other sacred pictures.

I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.
Artist's Description
This view of the world through the bottom of a glass, is not the one seen by somebody trying to drown their sorrows with alcoholic drinks, but what I saw as I finished my orange juice. I was nearly sorry though, when the last drop of my juice started running back out of the glass towards my camera. This moody abstract image caught my eye because of the light be refracted in the rippled, circular shapes at the bottom of my glass and the deformation of the cross shape from the window detail. My photograph was taken on the spur of the moment, but next time I will be just a little bit more careful.

I find that I am experimenting much more with my photography to create more abstract images at the same time as learning new methods of processing photographs. This in turn, is influencing my ideas for paintings. Anybody visiting my website, will find a real mixture of styles and mediums and I believe, something for everybody. The reason that I paint or take...
