Love the painting and the rich colorful blues, reds, greens, & yellows! A nice addition to our cowboy/southwest decor vibe.

Beautifully expressed rendition of the Shrine of the Bab. The frame and matting showcase the print. We have it prominently on our living room wall with other sacred pictures.

I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.
Artist's Description
A timeline is a display of a list of events in chronological order. How many dimensions are there in life? We understand length, width, depth and time, but scientists say there are at least 10 and some even up to 26!! I am not really smart enough to understand the scientific theories that prove these realities and I am OK with that. I like that life is filled with things that are beyond my comprehension. We view our lives in a linear path from birth to death, but I think our lives are really ripples in the pond of our existence. We have no way of knowing the impact of our lives as we go through each day. Our timeline seems simple to us, but in reality we are forming unseen patterns. My hope is that they are beautiful and shaped by love for others and this world. We are connected and our patterns intertwine. We are all in this life together. Let's do it holding hands.

What a great network of cracks and lines and spaces. I especially like your use of the stronger lines on the left and top to frame the image and the fun cross-hatching on some of the little lines (they make me think of stitches on an incision). This was one of my two pod's in the Best of Minimalism group for January 2. Pinning to my Abstracts as Found board.

Thank you so much for the wonderful comments and analysis, Nikolyn! Really appreciate it.

I love this image, Karen. (Rust is the prettiest color ink of all and especially so in this lines-in-every-direction shot.) Terrific seeing and your text is beautifully written. Congratulations on your one-of-kind capture. Happy 2020! l/f
