Images of Tinos continue to emerge but altered and without villages cascading down the valleys. A metamorphosis backward in time translates into imagining how the mountains and terrain must have been formed and eroded by wind and water over time.
About David W Coffin
After earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pennsylvania State University, I entered the United States Air Force as an Officer stationed in Germany and Italy. As a professional Architect, I returned to Syracuse, NY to work for King & King Architects and the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Most of my architectural career has been in private practice but briefly worked for KEO International in Kuwait as Senior Architect and then SMRT Architects in Portland, Maine. After moving to Bedford Hills, New York, I formed Sawmill Studio to embrace Architecture, Sculpture and Painting.
