Wow! Theresa~What a powerful series, beautifully presented, doing justice to the native work involved. I have a connection to the native peoples and am careful about what I comment on as done by anglos. This is superior work and instant vote & fave.

This is not a towel, but a thin piece of felt printed on one side, the other side blank white.. The reproduction of the painting is fine, but the description as a towel is completely misleading since it cannot be used as a towel. I was totally disappointed in the quality of this item

Received the order today. The towel came in soiled or dirty. See attached photo

Artist's Description

Carved by a member of the Cowichan Tribe of the Coast Salish Nation. Totem poles are monumental sculptures carved from large trees, mostly Western Red Cedar, by cultures of the indigenous peoples of the Pacific Northwest Coast of North America. The word totem is derived from the Ojibwe word odoodem, "his kinship group".
