Description

Tropical Night is a "creative energy" painting. Random colors are applied to the canvas until it is completely covered, with no planned outcome or concept. Then I hang the painting on the wall and study it - listen to it - until it tells me what it wants to say. The process requires quieting the analytical or ego side of the mind and allowing the energy of the creative mind to flow freely. I was very pleased with this painting - something I would never have pre-coceived.
