This structure is only a few miles from my childhood home, and has captivated me ever since! I was happy to find this art on line and have it framed in my office. I am a self-taught, natural artist. I've been "doing art" since I could hold a pencil or crayon (love those big boxes of crayons). My mother and sister are both artists, not currently working as such, and I have a nephew in California making a great living with his talent. Art is in my genes and I believe it is a talent that was given to me for a reason, to share. I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the subject matter in that area is wonderful. Twenty plus years ago I transplanted to North Carolina am finding the subjects here are beautiful also. My preferred subject is of nature, animals, wild or domestic, landscapes and flowers. My love of nature has given me a wide variety of things to paint or draw. The only 'art'...
