There are slits in the fabric, but no grommets for shower curtain rings so this has to be an outer curtain while the inner curtain is the functional one with grommets. Pulling aside the inner curtain shouldnβt put any stress on the fabric of the Fine Arts one.

This shower curtain is one of my favorites. Excellent quality, beautiful colors. My grandkids prefer this bathroom over all the others, when we have sleepovers! Recommend this seller!

Print quality was excellent; colors were vibrant, crisp and as true to the online image. I was, however, disappointed in the poor quality of the fabric and in the construction of the shower curtain. The shower curtain fabric is thin and flimsy. The holes for the shower curtain rungs are not reinforced with stitching, so they look like they could rip out to the top of the shower curtain easily. Overall, classy print on a very cheap product.
