I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it. The tuxedo cat painting was beautifully done. The blue and purple background was perfect to showcase the artist rendering of the cat.

Louisiana born artist Beverly Boulet began art studies at age four, and, luckily, had art classes all through elementary and high school, plus Summer art camps. She studied fashion design at West Virginia University, and continued her art education with workshops by noted portrait artists, including John Howard Sanden, Daniel Greene, and Foster Caddell. Ms. Boulet began painting murals and portraits in the early 1970�s at the Maryland and New Jersey beaches, and continued to do so upon returning to New Orleans in 1980.
