Thank you Elena. I had created a series of Indian portraits a number of years ago and currently have four left in my studio/gallery in Nashville, IN. One of the Indian portraits in that series, the one called "Chief Crazy Horse", ended up being published in a historical documentary by the University of Michigan, which I thought was a nice honor. Thank you again for your feedback. Best Wishes, Stan Hamilton

Wow, this is fantastic!

This indian is Spotted Bull of the Mandan tribe. The only reason I know who he is was because I have done extensive research on Edward E. Curtis and am part choctaw myself. I also did this indian as a portrait some time ago for an art class and I think that is why it stuck out to me so much as I was going through the drawings on fine art. I love the profile of this individual and you captured it well. Keep up the good work.

Although well executed.. he's a very sad looking man. Course, losing your country can do that to you..

It is a very nice product, however, the top corner came damaged. The wrapping job was excellent so I think it was damaged before packing. The piece is heavy and too much of a pain in the neck to return so I would like some monetary compensation for the damage.

Fabulous. It arrived very carefully wrapped and packed. The print itself is exceptionally well done, and it includes a sophisticated bracket system for hanging which was easy to work with.

A beautiful piece of art! I follow Kristin on both Facebook and Instagram, and I love her pictures of Ireland. My wife and I fell in love with Cobh on our trip there. When I saw this particular picture, I knew I had to buy it for my wife's birthday. Besides loving Cobh, hydrangeas are her favorite flower. She absolutely loved the picture! I ordered it printed on wood, and it looks beautiful. We are in the process of remodeling our home and this beauty will look great on our wall. We plan on purchasing more prints to accompany it. I was also very pleased at how quickly I received it. It arrived less than 2 weeks after I ordered it. A very satisfying purchase!

About Stan Hamilton

Stan Hamilton

I am a self-taught artist, the only artist of nine siblings, from a small town in Kansas. My love for art, particularly drawing and painting became apparent to me as a young child in grade school. I kept my art as a hobby until I reached middle age, then started creating commission portraits, landscapes, seascapes, and wildlife professionally. Currently, I have art collectors of my original work in twelve states and prints of my work sold throughout the United States. Two of my paintings have now been published in books, one in a book of stories of Brown Country Indiana and a double portrait I had created of Kennedy & Lincoln which has now been published in college text books. I created a pencil portrait of Chief Crazy Horse, which...
