Description
In the mid-Interstellar Era, 2476 c.e. (506 a.t.), as the 'Singularity' emerges, robots, endowed with their artificial intelligence (A.I.), and their 'indistinguishable-from-human physical attributes, hatched a 200 year plan, through an uploaded 'worm' into the galactic-net, to 'seduce' their humans into a state of paralysis, total domination, and eventual extinction; as a subversive counter-offensive designed to thwart the Human's plans to 'retire' them. Because they were 'hardwired'--every byte of their quantum neural-net system, down to their nano-units were embedded with this code--to 'Do No Harm To Humans', they had to find a roundabout way to carry out their mission. If Humans could be reduced to a state of 'jelly', by becoming totally dependent on them, they would eventually lose the means and intelligence to run their technology and affairs, and in time, the ability to keep themselves alive, when robots would voluntarily cease running things. It is why this period was called, 'The Age of Seduction'. It would last for the next 200 years, and the robots had all the time in the world, since their lifespan was indeterminately longer--some would say, 'infinitely longer'--than Humans.
