Another great image! Your series on old cameras is giving me so much inspiration for mine! Thanks :-)

Mike McGlothlen replied:

Glad I could help you Melany!

Mike: Love this picture and the way you superimposed over the background....I have a collection of old bellows cameras. Worked at a newspaper in southwestern Michigan for 20 years, and...at an advertising agency in Tampa for 20 years. In 1950's and 60's used a lot of the cameras you have on display. Also, used the large 4x5 cameras with the magazine that only held 2 pieces of film.... Check out my paintings on ETSY by HesterPaintings or use Don Hester

Mike McGlothlen replied:

Nice to meet you Don, thanks!

I've started collecting the vintage cameras myself. I love the treatment you did with this. Clever!

Mike McGlothlen replied:

Thank you!

The camera on the right is just like the one I borrowed from my Mother in 1966 and took to Italy on a school trip. Shooting with it at Pompei caused me to become hooked on this artistic endeavor for life! Clever image Mike, well done.

Mike McGlothlen replied:

Thanks Chris, I hope this image brought back some great memories!

The tote bag is absolutely beautiful! It is very well made but there is a little loose stitching at the top on one end of the bag. Other than that it is durable and the colors are nice and vibrant as they look on the website. It took 7 days for the order to arrive which was as expected.

I love Michael's design and this quality bag, together they are beautiful. It's a big bag, definitely a weekender as the description indicates. One of the rope straps had a black grease stain on it and they sent a new set right away, great customer service. So glad I bought this!
