I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

I photographed some walls in Savannah, Georgia and combined them with photos of a sidewalk I took this past week in Port Townsend, Washington. The rest are photos I've taken of Japanese book covers, vintage stamps, miscellaneous other pages, and a vintage Japanese print of a bird. I'm drawn to the warm colors, the feeling of mystery, and the overall texture. Very pretty!
I'm a photographer, writer, educator based on Whidbey Island in the Pacific Northwest, specializing in photomontage work, combining photos I've taken of rust, walls, peeling paint, birds, postage stamps, trees, etc. into images that are completely new, different, and often weird. I also create physical collages, then find myself photographing parts of them to include in my photomontages. It's crazy, but it's fun!
