Very beautiful and inspiring work, Alanna! love colors and composition. f&v

Emona - please forgive me for being so late on my thank you. I'm usually prompt. :D Just looked at your site - WOW - absolutely love the explosions of color and content! A compliment from you has truly made my day/week/etc. :D Thank you again so very much. Alanna

Rick - you can watch all you want. lol Good to see you in here. There are so many gorgeous paintings on this site by so many really great artists. Take a look around sometime! You might even get some inspiration for composing music. :D Thank you for visiting. :D

I'm here and "watching" you :-)

Anne - thank you so very much. I looked at your site and it's fantastic. Especially liked Flutter by the Flower. :D Waiting To Come Home came about as a neighbor had given me two HUGE canvases (one the size of a door I haven't used yet) and had a lot of leftover glass for a glass project. Well, that's how the painting came to mind. my first thought was of a jellyfish with glass as suckers~ lol Thank you again Anne for taking the time to look at my "wonky" painting. :D It's a fun one.

Alann, This is such an unusual fantasy. Love the colors & designs. I like your description as well. Good wishes to you. Anne

Raisa - thank you so much. It was a lot of fun to do. Had some glass pieces left over from other projects, and it popped into my brain. I appreciate your comments very much. Alanna.

Happy to revisit your gallery, Alanna! This ocean-inspired piece is very intriguing, I enjoyed looking at it!...Raisa

This is so creative and unique, Alanna, bravo!

Oiyee - thank you so much. this was so much fun to paint - and stick leftover glass on. It's 3 feet by 3 feet. Thank you again. :D

Anthony - thank you. It was a lot of fun. Second one with glass on it. Lady in red on beach also has glass, feathers, sequins and sand! lol :D I appreciate it.

Very original and creative! Another fine work, Alanna!

Liz, thank you. Had a lot of glass for other projects, and decided to stick it on a canvas. Also wanted to tell a story. I very much appreciate your comments and take them to heart. Thank you so much. Alanna

Hi Alanna, this is a very fun piece!

Linda - thank you so much. It is a "for fun" painting. Started out with glass for the jellyfish suckers in mind and went on from there. just finished looking at your art and I'm so impressed you do so many portraits - especially from women of so many cultures. Travel and appreciating other cultures has always been a part of our lives, so your art really appeals to me. Thank you again.

What a creative compostion....I really like this. I appreciate your message to others from what you say in your bio.

Vincent - just had a lot of glass left over and decided to plunk it on a painting. Anisur - thank you.

So nice painting
