Last summer I stumbled upon a gorgeous little pond in Maine. Bees were buzzing, and the water was busy with frogs among the beautiful water lilies. Pink lotus blossoms were delightful. "Water Lilies", by Joy Nichols captures just a bit of the beauty of the place. This piece was edited with watercolor process.

I am an artist and photographer obsessed by creativity. My artwork has primarily been in pencil, colored pencil,oil,acrylic and watercolor painting. I love to capture the beauty around me with photography. At two I was drawing, in high school I was able to major in an art concentration of study, and later graduated from college with a B.A. in Fine Art. I love the countryside, the woods and nature.
