My first photograph for 2015 taken on a cold 15 degree morning at Sandy Hook, NJ at sunrise. I wanted to shoot some seascapes so I decided to revisit Sandy Hook and see what I can find around low tide. I was hoping for some clouds to add drama to the sky however that was not the case. Although I love the simplicity of this photograph with very few clouds near the horizon in the distance. I found this old piling sticking out of the sand and waited for the right wave to wisp on by. It took a few tries to eventually get the wave I was looking for that would help create the mood of this photograph. Thanks for viewing and the watermark is not printed on any products.
