This painting is from a series that started in the late 70"s and 80's they were of a surreal nature and a lot of them were inspired by dreams. When I had a dream that had very vivid imagery and that I would remember even to this day, I knew that was a painting. I had them rolled up and stored away. Then a couple of buyers saw them on one of my sites & purchased a few. I had to restretch them and restore them. They looked amazing.
I still have a few and am restoring to put on my Vintage Vescovi page.

This one was dream inspired, also from photos of Vizcaya. 30x40x.75
I painted the edges but there are holes from the brass tacks I used when I stretched that canvas in the 80's
