One of two drawings of a young crow I found trapped in a deep basement window well, and photographed while I was figuring out how to come to its aid without either of us getting hurt (that beak was BIG. And very sharp!). In the end I tossed a large beach towel over the hapless bird, then climbed down into the window well, wrapped crow in towel and lifted it to safety. This was the day I learned that young crows have blue eyes. I'd never been close enough to know that before. This drawing and the first one are the same size and designed as a pair. Sale price includes a stunning custom frame job in a delicate black frame with small silver accents (photos emailed on request) and non-glare museum glass. Shipping calculated upon sale.
