Love the graphic but it is placed too low on the shirt. should be 2-3 inches higher

David Peninger is a local Tampa artist whose works can be seen at The Wandering Eye Art Gallery in Ybor City. His general theme of painting are 'mancave icons' based on his interest of music and sports. David was born in the Memphis area and has been involved in art since he was a child. He is a portrait artist that tries to incorporate emotions and intensity in the subjects of his works.
