Sky Feathers metal print by Matt Molloy. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.
Design Details
230 photos merged into one image using the lighten blending mode in photoshop. I made this from a timelapse I shot back in June of 2012.

The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A totally adequate purchase - nothing outstanding, nothing problematic. Since the original was one of your stock images, I cannot speak to whether this was a clear image, besides which the original was a watercolor, so clarity is not essential to the success of the image. I predict that a larger image would lack clarity. But I'm generally satisfied.

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

About Matt Molloy
Matt Molloy is a 29 year old Canadian with a diploma in graphic design who loves most forms of art. He makes his own music, plays guitar and drums, but he will try to play any instrument he can get his hands on. He likes to draw, paint, and experiment with new art forms. Most recently his favorite form of art is photography, more specifically, timelapse photography. Growing up in a small town gave him an interest in nature early in life, and that interest still shows in his photos. He now lives on the shore of Lake Ontario, in another small town with a great view of thew sunset which he timelapes every chance he gets.
