Norman F. Jackson is a well-known Canadian artist who has paintings in the Neil Armstrong Museum, the Baseball Hall of Fame, the John F. Kennedy Library and the Astronaut's Hall of Fame in Florida. Mr. Jackson likes to take famous moments in history and immortalize them in art. Mr. Jackson's most well-known painting, 'in This Decade' depicts the sprirt of President John F. Kennedy watching Neil Armstrong's first step on the moon. 2009 is the 40th anniversary of the moon landing.
Mr. Jackson's latest painting, 'The new Birth of Freedom' commemiorates the inaugration of President Obama while recognizing the 200th anniversary of the birth of President Abraham Lincoln. The painting was signed on February 12, 2009, the 200th anniversary of the birth of President Lincoln.

'The Eagle Will Rise' depicts a giant eagle rising from Ground Zero with the souls of victims rising from the ashes under the wings of the Eagle. This painting will be presented to the 911 Museum in New York. President George Bush was so pleased to receive a print of this image, he thanked Mr. Jackson with a signed letter from the White House. 'If They Only Knew' depicts the spirit of the Wright Brothers above an image of the Moon Loanding. This painting commemorates the 100th Anniversary of powered flight.
