Rhode Island photographer and multi-media artist Annie Babineau will present a show of her work titled, “the Rhode not taken,” now through Feb. 2, 2013 at Java Madness in Wakefield. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and will include light refreshments as well as live music. Babineau captures the simplicity of every-day objects and the delicate beauty of nature. She is also a self-taught multi-media artist, inspired by a love of doodling and a desire to create playful and memorable ...
