I paint in oils, acrylics and encaustic. I also do collage, sculpture and installations, as well as monotype printmaking. My work is a combination of many mediums and techniques; painting, printing, collage, assemblage, part of an ongoing exploration constructed from a working process which intentionally favors the elusive and random chance occurrence. I let the pieces create their own journey on the surface, constructing and interacting until patterns and relations begin to speak to each other, and to me.

I was a graphic designer for 25 years. I recently completed my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art at SOU in Ashland. I hold art workshops, and also judge art shows at various venues. I am a founding member of AMBUS Contemporary Art, a professional women’s art group and am the membership's acting President. The AMBUS group exhibits at various venues in the Southern Oregon area.
