My interest in photography has grown from a hobby into a passion. I love natural photography because I am interested in detail, texture, pattern and colour. Seeking out flowers to shoot takes you to some beautiful places and flowers don't want small talk or care about their best side. Windy days are a challenge as is shooting in bright sunshine. I mostly shoot hand held as this allows me to have far more flexibility than using a tripod but it does rule out the use of diffusers unless I can rope in a patient friend to be my assistant.
