Jodi was first introduced to art by her grandmother when she was very young. Her grandma would travel and come back to teach young Jodi the diffrent mediums and techniques she would learn in her travels. Her grandmother died when she was 11 yet Jodi plans to live out her grandmas wish that she one day will live her life as an artist.
Jodi refers to most of her work as bastard child art because of her intense lonely struggles through her life. Jodi has worked with small galleries like the Artist License Gallery and the Litchfield Artist Gallery. In high school Jodi advanced quickly ahead of the other students only in art. Jodi was not studious yet did what she could and registerd as a fine art student in a community college of which she quickly realized the art programs where grammer school. After the community college Jodi decided to apply to Paier Art college but under a diffrent major in hopes to still work in a creative career yet after two years became depressed and missed fine arts. This artist has mostly studies yet in the upcoming years will have full peices to show. Her art in a reflection of things from births to suicides of close friends and refections of how she sees herself in a disfunctional world. I hope you enjoy and if not there will be more thank you for your time.
