As a native Okie, I enjoy fishing, or just being outside when the weather isn't too hot or cold. I am married to my best friend and fellow artist, Dennis Dewey. Together, we are finishing our BFA degrees from USAO and raising kids. In my art, I use symbolic color schemes and designs to communicate what I feel is a deeper meaning to just the image itself. I also enjoy doing portraits of animals or people just being themselves, and try to capture their character essence as they appear in life.more
