Born in Portland Oregon, I have lived in Northern California most of my life and have been painting for over forty years. Throughout my years of painting I have had the privilege of studying under Robert Rishell and Van Waldron. when I first picked up an artists paint brush it was with oils in mind. I tried portraits, still life's and landscapes and felt that I was on the right path, until I started to taste the paint in my mouth.
