I am a self-taught visionary artist, experienced curator and in my element when sharing every aspect of my art through play! Every painting I create is a story I am compelled to tell. Every image that evolves is an unknown destination. I seek out the most joyful visions in my mind's eye to experience and share the utopia of the dreamy landscape coming to life before me! This is why I paint.
My mission as an artist, is to see, feel and illustrate the intangible vibrations derived from my life's journey that reside far below the radar of consciousness. My mission as a creator is to bring this vision to life and share from a soul perspective. This is why I paint.
I flashback to my childhood days where I could be found sketching goddess like women, writing poems, short stories, and collaborating with my sister about our next make believe tea party. I love to bring about nostalgia and childhood memories that evolve from the joy of simpler days and times. This is why I paint.
It seems that a new paradigm has been calling to us for some time. You may feel it yourself. It asks us to be of service and use our gifts and talents to assist humanity, especially our youth, and other areas of the globe, to establish a forum to heal our planet and people. I see an opportunity to be of service through my artistic journey. This is why I paint.
My images have been juried into humanitarian artist projects such as “The Peace Project” which is curated by the Whole 9 Gallery in Los Angeles. I donate images every year to raise funds to elevate world peace, assist humanity and build communities. My 'earthly' art won over the juror panel at 'Sustainable Silicon Valley' Art Expo”, held at NASA Research Center in Mountain View, CA, which called on artists to submit images for planetary sustainability and have been invited back every year since 2013 to contribute to the vision for planetary solutions. I have been a featured guest artist at Wyland Gallery, Laguna Beach, CA and other venues nationally.
I have shared and donated original paintings, prints and other items to elevate world peace, environmental sustainability, assist humanity, build communities, and establish educational support for our youth.
I am one of the founding artists of Fusionart International of Los Angeles, CA (www.fusionartinternational.com.) I am also an artist member of the Sedona Visual Artists Coalition (www.sedonaartistscoalition.org) and the Las Vegas Artists Guild (www.vegasartistsguild.com.)
