About: Artist Overdrive is a movement to expose the community to all the various art and artists in the city in which they live. Description: Artist Overdrive is a spontaneous event where artists across the city are encouraged to engage in a creative dialogue for two hours at a time. A general call to arms will be made a few days before each event. If you choose to participate, you will occupy your own piece of the city, at the designated time, and create an artwork based upon the theme of the "Call to Arms" or any subject you desire. Your piece should take no more than two hours to create. The art that is created should be of any medium, from painting and sculpture, to dance and performance.
