Pub Sign Art Collection
Pub Sign Art began as an art-form back in the 14th Century when King Richard 11 decreed that any home with regular visitors who paid to drink at such "unofficial" home pubs when they visited would henceforth be called a Pub and would have to show a Pub Sign outside with an individual "picture story". Peter Green's Pub Sign Art Collection was created in the early 1990`s when Peter designed and then worked with highly talented artists in England who painted these original traditional British and Irish images. Many of them have been used as "real" pub signs and also to make a growing range of products sold world-wide as pub memorabilia and unique gifts.
