One Word

A single word can be a powerful thing. There are a number of names for the movement of picking word to focus on, to live with, to investigate, to aim for, to hold yourself to, and/or to reflect upon while going about daily life. They go by the names of one little word, one word, my one word, and a few others. This series makes a number of words available for you to create a reminder with some art on the wall, a pillow in your space, a queue on your phone case or an affirmation on a piece of apparel.
