I am a dutch photographer and my main subject are seascapes from the Islands of the Netherlands . I live in Amsterdam, but also partly at Terschelling, a Dutch island in the Northsea . All my pictures are made on 35mm Kodachrome and the slides are scanned . Then the go through pHotoshop, and I make the picture MY picture, just as Ruysdael did in the 17th century, or the van der Veldes did in the 18th century .. The changes I make are mosltly invisible ............... I print on photopaper, the photo is then placed in a wooden frame, but I can print them also...more
