I am new to selling on FAA. I have sent 2 questions to the contact section. I sent them to the technical staff. It’s been almost a week and I’ve had no response whatsoever. Is this typical of this site? I have sold on other sites such as Etsy, Amazon and ebay. They all respond to questions right away. Not feeling good about any questions I might have in the future.

For future reference, just so you know... I am Tech support. Just little ol' me. So I may be later than some sites to respond but I do respond and can always find answers given if you do not get them. Or just grab me in the discussions
Thank you for responding to my discussion question. You said that you answered my questions by email. I have not received anything from you in my email. I just corrected an issue with my address, do you think that was the problem?
