Best Tags And Increase Page Visitors

Hi everyone, has anyone got an idea on how to increase the number of visitors on your page and any idea of where to find the best tags for you pictures?
Please I'll appreciate any form of advise. I use my social media platforms but still the results are questionable.

the best tags are the ones that fit the picture. there are no special secret keywords that magically transform into a sale. you'll want a variety of different pictures and not to much the same thing at slightly different angles. i find if you have too many of the same thing it confuses buyers and they may leave because of that. you can't have the same title for them all or you confuse the website.

you have a long description but no keywords at all.

people buy what they can't take themselves. so you want to think outside the box and think when would a tourist not be able to get that shot. mid day they can get, at night or evening or something different looking, you want to stand out because you have a lot of competition.

other images don't have any description like the desert mountains. but right now you have no keywords at all. make sure everything is technically straight. only post pictures that would attract your attention enough to buy it. beyond that you have to advertise. right now your not in the search because you have no keywords.

keywording isn't that hard, you name things in the picture -- desert, mountain, hills, rock, tan, brown, where is this place? that is the most important. then look up other names for mountain. find this exact location and name the mountain itself, everything has a name. and so on. the more there is in the shot the more you can label things. just don't get carried away and start spamming. like if this was taken in a specific country, don't just start listing countries with mountains in it.

Be careful using the same title for multiple images.

It can cause issues with the site but as importantly, if dealing with art consultants later, they ask for images by title. It would be a pain having to narrow down which of the six desert mountains they wanted.

Thanks Mike and Findley, I am very grateful you both took out the time to detect the errors I've been making
I will eventually correct them.

Thanks 🙏

I am just following because tags are the hardest thing for me. I can think of a few basic ones and then I go blank.

When I first started I put everything down everyone said and then found that some of that stuff was wrong. Not spam, but just not exactly helpful. There are days I want to strip all my tags and start over but that seems like a bad idea too as I finally get visitors and some sales. Sometimes I just pic random pieces with fewer tags and try to think of more or look for ones I want to remove.

The main problem I see with removing tags ( unless it is spam) is that you really don't know if a visitor found your piece which tag might have led them there. LOL

Hi Val, I think that's the same case with me.
You never know which of your tags led the visitors to your page

right now you have no tags so not many will find you other than bots. people are looking for images, so you have to have a lot of those. you don't remove a word unless it doesn't fit at all.

basically its like this: look for something on google. something specific, can you find it? do you have to keep adding words in order to find it? all those extra words you added, are the missing keywords.

enter the contests here, and you'll find lots of things that you know you have but can't find because you didn't add those keywords.

Actually there are a couple magical keywords that I find help a lot.

I get a lot more hits when I put JC Findley in my keywords. 😁

I don't think much about it. I look at what is in the picture (tree, nature, sea, car, tower, church, architecture, dog, dance, whatever) and place the world at the website Joan suggested. Then I move on and seldom I look back.

But I am far from a good seller so I am not the one to hear for advice on it.

A big thanks to everyone for your wonderful comments
