Oh My....His poor kids...they lost their Uncle recently and their grandfather too...We've been friends for many years online. He just recently started taking photos again...I messaged him just a few days ago celebrating his new passion for it again....RIP dear friend.

Such a tragedy. My heart goes out to the family and especially the kids. May he rest in peace.

I still tear up thinking about him...Those photos in uniforms are taken specifically for if an officer dies while still active duty. Our best friends work for the police department here. They said these pictures are never used for anything else. Just having them taken makes me feel sad...My friends will both retire in 9 and 11 months respectively and I pray I never see their official pictures!

Oh wow! So sorry to hear about this. Such a talent. I had no idea he was a veteran and police officer! Looks like his family has suffered great losses in the past couple of years. Heartbreaking. I hope they'll keep his work alive here.

Oh no. I'm sorry to hear that. Apparently, it was an awful accident. He was a Boston Police Officer with 2 kids.
