I was returning two prints (of my own paintings) as they were rendered very dark and flat in color. My own printer did a better job. They came back "unable to forward". Why? Does anybody else have similar experiences? There is nobody to call or talk to about, is there? Regards, Claudia
Thank you Abbie. I had already filled out the form for returns that the contact page leads to and got the stickers with the order numbers that I placed on the package. There was never any confirmation email etc. I left a message on that contact page too, but never heard back. I found a phone number in the forum (not on the contact page) and called, the guy was very friendly and told me that he now filed a "ticket" and Alison would handle my case and email me. I am waiting for her email now...
