Description
A very, very old petroglyph depicting animals atop Signal Hill west of Tucson, Arizona seen in black and white. The nondescript hill contains dozens of boulders and rockpiles featuring rock art from Native Americans throughout the course of history. It can be found in a secluded, remote part of Saguaro National Park on the backside of the Tucson Mountains in the Avra Valley. The dry, arid weather of the American Southwest is perfect for preserving ancient relics such as this.
