SUMMERTIME - BLACK and WHITE ONLY - KEEPING THE FE...

Please share your BLACK and WHITE images that you've created during the summer, that fit the summertime theme -- and keep the feeling of summer alive! (You can also convert your color images to black and white and rename them with b&w at the end of the title - or bw.) [NO SEPIA, HUES, TINTS NOR PARTIAL COLORING ALLOWED]

Just a few suggestions -- but all summer images are welcome: beaches, sunshine, shadows, bicycles, motorcycles, surfboards, rollerskates, scooters, helmets, baseballs, volleyballs, beachballs, basketballs, frisbees, tennis balls, raquets, row boats, motor boats, sail boats, swimming, flowers, sleeveless shirts, blouses, dresses, bathing suites, beach umbrellas - you name it!

Note:

(1)-- Trees must have leaves on them -- as they do in the 'traditional' summer!)

(2)--NO SEPIA, HUES, TINTS, Nor Partial Coloring Allowed in images - I believe that using them has an unfair advantage over the other purely black and white images!

(3)--NO images that appear to be OVER-EXPOSED, too much sunlight, OR UNDER-EXPOSED, too dark, etc. Please abide by general rules normally applied to black and white photography contests.

(4)--FAMILY FRIENDLY - NO NUDITY

(5) No duplicate or almost identical images. If you submit 2 or 3 of similar images, I will leave the best one in the contest and delete the others.

(6) Permission must be granted to share an image of someone's face in public and stated in the description section of your image's profile page. If it is a child, the parental permission must be granted.

As administrator, I reserve the right to make a final decision on what images I think are appropriate or inappropriate for this contest.

(P.S. In celebration of the end of summer we are allowing 5 images PER DAY to be submitted to the group until December 1, 2016. There's plenty of time for new members to catch up with their submissions and features here!)

Each participant may submit 5 images.

1)   You must be a member of Pixels.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.
