Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Nazca lines. Aerial photograph of geoglyphs, or landscape drawings, in the coastal desert of southern Peru. One represents a condor (lower frame). At centre right is part of the Great Plaza of the Pleiades, so-called from astronomical theories that the builders orientated it with the Pleiades star cluster. Many of the geoglyphs take the form of stylised animals and other, unknown objects. They cover huge areas and can only be properly seen from the air. They were made by removing the dark surface stone to reveal a lighter stone layer underneath. They are thought to have been made by the Nazca, a native South American people, around 2000 years ago.
