My buddy Oswaldo has several great antiques adorning his home in Challuabamba, and this is just one of them. I wouldn’t want to be the guy who had to sit there and try to crank the movie at a constant speed all the time.
This selective coloring artwork is derived from a photograph taken Aug 2/14 in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America nestled in the Andes Mountains.

I can appreciate this. I operated a film company that sold 16mm films to collectors in the sixties. This is a true gem! Wow! I've never seen a hand cranked projector ever. Nice photo of this rare item. Well done.

Thanks Reynold. I can't imagine trying to crank continuously with the left hand either. I would think that would be awkward for most folks.
