Description
Nantucket's nickname is "The Gray Lady" because of the fog banks that can roll on and off the island at a moments notice. It was a sunny morning as I was strolling around the harbor when a fog rolled in revealing the image you see to the left. Not 20 minutes later the fog rolled out and everything was sunny and bright again. I love the mood the fog imparts on the scene. I also like the depth of the blue on the hull of the catboat.
