His anger leads him to be so depressedI I would suggest to take one day at a time. Yesterday is not ours already and tomorrow is not yet, so not worthy to carry those. It would be too much for a weight lifter also. Yesterday,5-10-20 years of worries makes people to be depressed and the uncertainness of tomorrow causes fear in heart. Only today is ours.
