The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
With this piece, I challenged myself to work with a white pencil on a black background. As you can see, the portrait is of Jimi Hendrix caught mid-song. The facial expression I chose to represent in my artwork shows emotion and strength. I feel that the highlights and shadows of this piece also helps in enhancing the mood of the portrait. This would be a lovely addition to any music lovers collection.
About Natalie Rogers
Born in 1987 in Houston, Texas, Natalie is a self-taught artist that works with multiple types of mediums and practices multiple styles of art forms. Natalie first began experiencing with art techniques by using acrylic paints with canvas. From there, she expanded into other mediums such as pastels, oil paint, charcoal, graphite, Indian ink, and Chinese brush painting. Natalie has participated in two art shows where she sold original paintings. - 1st Annual Star Wars Art Show 2012 at WAR'HOUS Visual Studios Houston, Texas - 2nd Annual Star Wars Art Show 2013 at WAR'HOUS Visual Studios Houston, Texas Lately, Natalie has been working on commission orders for clients including portraits.
