This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
A "Red Eft" is the name used for this species of salamander (I forget what exactly that type is) during their younger stage where they are bright orange-red. They last this way for I think 2 years before maturing in their 3rd year and returning to bodies of water to breed at which point they turn grayish-brown. I'm not sure how long they live after that though I wouldn't be surprised if their entire lifespan is 5ish years.
